We are Paul and Jewel Rubin from Georgia. We are excited that you are reading our letter and may be considering us as parents for the baby you are expecting. We appreciate how hard this decision may be for you. We hope that by getting to know us, you will want to choose us as parents for your baby. We think that open adoption is a great idea for everyone involved, and if you choose us, we are open to ongoing contact at whatever level is most comfortable for you. We would love the opportunity to talk with you about your plans.

ABOUT US - We have been married since 1990 and we're as much in love today as we were when we were married. We have dreamed of being parents for as long as we have known each other. Starting our family has been a big challenge for us. That is why we are so excited about the possibility of creating our family through open adoption. There is nothing we would love more than to become parents.

WE ARE FUN-LOVING PEOPLE - We started our married life with our honeymoon at Walt Disney World in Florida. We take vacations in the mountains and at the beach. We enjoy going to amusement parks. We love being outdoors, hiking, watching wildlife and Nature's other wonders. We look forward to many fun times with our children. OUR WORK - Paul is a Software Developer with a family friendly company. Jewel is a Project Manager who works from home.

WHERE WE LIVE - We live in a beautiful swimming and tennis neighborhood in suburban Atlanta, with lakes and wooded walking trails. The neighbors here are friendly. There are many families with children in our community. The neighborhood sponsors a number of activities for families and children; like the Memorial Day cookout, an Easter egg hunt and a Halloween party. There is lots of room in our house for children.
